Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

Haggle (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is built from the ground up on Privacy-by-Design. This policy outlines how our desktop client, local RAG vector store, audio loopback capture, and web application handle your conversation data.

1

Our Core Privacy Law

Your conversations are yours. Period. We do not store your raw audio on our servers. We do not transcribe conversations for surveillance. We never sell, broker, or train third-party public foundation models on your live interactions or battle plans.

Architecture & Data Safeguards:

  • On-Device Audio Loopback: System audio is captured via native OS loopback drivers. Audio frames are processed in volatile memory and never saved to persistent cloud disks unless explicitly exported by you.
  • 100% Offline Airgapped Mode: You can run Haggle connected exclusively to a local Ollama server (e.g., Llama 3.3, DeepSeek R1). In local mode, zero outbound network packets are sent.
  • Encrypted BYOK Storage: Private API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, OpenRouter, Gemini) are stored encrypted in your local OS Keychain / Windows Credential Manager.
  • Hardware Stealth Mode: Teleprompter overlays utilize native OS window occlusion filtering, guaranteeing zero visibility on screen shares (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).

Your Rights & Control

You have the right to purge all local vector memory, delete your account, and export full JSON transcripts at any time. We support instant data purging with a single click.
