This is the full refund policy for Haggle Pro and Haggle Cloud services. If you have questions, please reach out directly to our support team.

1. Haggle Pro Subscriptions & Licenses

Haggle Pro unlocks premium capabilities including Real-Time Live Telemetry, Objection Counter-Playbooks, Battle Plan Generation, Acoustic Mirroring Detection, and Private Vector Memory. Pro access is provisioned immediately upon purchase.

Terms & Grace Period:

Free Tier First: We encourage all prospective users to test the live web app and free capabilities to verify hardware compatibility and workflow suitability before upgrading.
1-Hour Mistake Grace Window: If you made an accidental duplicate purchase or ordered the wrong tier, contact support within 1 hour before activating or running active deal sessions, and we will issue a full refund.
Continuous Digital Delivery: Because Haggle delivers instant AI intelligence assets and compute, activated subscriptions that have actively processed live meetings are generally non-refundable.

2. Haggle Cloud & BYOK Credits

When using Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Deepgram), compute usage is billed directly by those upstream providers. Haggle Cloud telemetry usage and serverless token credits are consumed on-demand and non-refundable once consumed.
