Haggle Platform
Effective date: July 2026 · Last updated: July 2026
Haggle operates exclusively as an AI-driven behavioural strategy and negotiation simulation infrastructure system. All playbooks, analytical evaluations, leverage mappings, and counter-strike scripts are algorithmically compiled outputs generated via customised large language model processing pools. Haggle is not a party to, and does not participate in, any negotiation conducted by its users.
Haggle is not a law firm, licensed financial broker, collective bargaining representative, or registered accounting utility. The platform does not synthesise or convey formal binding legal counsel, regulatory declarations, or actionable tax advisement. Every operational output — including live teleprompter updates, battle plans, and bluff analysis — is delivered solely for strategic communication preparation. Users process and deploy these outputs at their individual discretion and assume full responsibility for any real-world application.
Haggle offers zero guaranteed direct financial reductions, successful salary conversions, contract lock-ins, or corporate concessions. Real-world execution variables, third-party operational parameters, and personal communication dynamics dictate ultimate outcomes beyond the platform's systemic reach. In no event shall Haggle or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
By activating tactical victory logging within the web portal or Telegram integration, you explicitly authorise the immediate stripping of all Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Haggle permanently retains only anonymised macro-metadata: counterparty category labels (e.g. “Comcast”, “Landlord”), generic domain tags, high-level tactic names, and aggregate outcome amounts. This data populates the shared negotiation intelligence vector database to continuously improve strategy quality for all users. No personal names, account details, or identifiable financial records are stored in this pool.
The Mercenary tier operates on a self-reported outcome model. By depositing the required amount, you agree to accurately report your negotiation result. Haggle reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be fraudulently claiming non-wins to obtain refunds. The $99 deposit is refundable only if no successful outcome is achieved as defined by your upfront target at the time of deposit.
Paid tiers (Elite, Command, Mercenary) are billed via Paystack. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Credits are non-transferable and expire at end of billing cycle. Haggle reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
